Working in the construction field, it is difficult to find vendors you can depend on. Servpro of Park La Brea has come through for me countless times. Their customer service at this location is phenomenal. Vivianne and Eloy are tremendous to work with. Should I ever need a restoration company, they will always be my first call.

My family contacted SERVPRO of Park La Brea after having rain damage in February in our guestroom. I spoke with Eloy (absolute gem) who organized the house being tarped in the rain. At this point, they had a environmental team come out and test for asbestosis and mold, and then had their reconstruction team come out and complete the room. I can't believe that they were able to match the original baseboard and crown molding. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and I would also like to thank Vivianne too. Both Eloy and Vivianne took all of my calls and was very good at answering all of my 100 questions. Also, special thanks to Ty and Shawn (Roofing), J&R Environmental and Armando and his team for the reconstruction. Fabulous Group!!!!

This Servepro location has been so helpful in navigating a scary time after our apartment was involved in a fire. Elroy was able to provide me with resources to share with my landlord and was understanding of how delicate a tenant/landlord relationship can be. We did not end up using their services, but if it were my choice we would have!

I recently experienced exceptional service from ServPro. When I learned that there was a potential mold problem at my property, I called several mold remediation companies to come by and give me a quote and I can say with 100% confidence that Mona, Michelle and the entire SERVPRO of Park La Brea team stood out amongst all other companies for several reasons. The mold concern came up in December, a stressful and very busy time for most due to the holidays. The Park La Brea team had a sense of urgency when it came to helping me determine what the issue was and what my remediation options were, all while being considerate and transparent of any associated cost. The team had top-notch communication and provided considerate transparency through out the process. Their professional customer service orientation was evident, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and shockingly seamless. I've worked in the customer service field for years and I really value honest, high-quality service, which is exactly what I received when working with Mona, Michelle, and the team. I recently learned that Park La Brea branch is woman owned and family operated, which isn't shocking since they really made me feel like they cared about solving the problem with me in the way that would be best for me! I don't write reviews very often but I feel that exceptional service should be recognized and based off of my experience with SERVPRO Park La Brea, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for restoration/reconstruction services. I undoubtedly will reach out to them first for any future issues and I cant thank them enough.

Mona and her team at ServPro have been fantastic, professional, and managed to be a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult situation. Even when they have a ton of other claims going on, Mona and her team manage to be helpful, proactive, and make the complicated and difficult process of dealing with homeowner insurance claims and remediation so much better and easier to deal with. I highly recommend Mona and ServPro.
