I was in a panic and called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch and they were out immediately and began cleaning up the water. Scott was kind and explained things thoroughly... I have to say I’m really, really impressed with the guys that are working here. They’re very clean, articulate, polite and courteous. I’m also impressed with how you guys are doing the remediation. I know, often, people don’t take the time to call and say positive things but I think here it’s definitely warranted. What can I say about a man who took his time to come and give me a free inspection? At no time he tried to sell me anything that I didn't need polite and honest !!! I highly recommend reaching out to ServPro for your remediation and/or restoration needs. I am a Portfolio Community Manager and have used them for many projects. Their proposal are detailed in scope and include many photos. This makes it much easier to present to a Board. I never feel like a number because everyone on the team remembers me, my projects and the needs of that particular work order.
